Stateline Fabrication & Industrial Services delivers structural steel, process piping, and industrial maintenance solutions for commercial construction and production facilities across the region. With 8 years in business, we operate as a one-stop shop—beam line, CNC cutting, welding, and in-house powder coating—to move projects from concept to installed steel with fewer handoffs. 

We support contractors and plant owners in sectors such as plastics, automotive, food, and general manufacturing. Our teams handle everything from new structural packages and process piping to repair work and ongoing maintenance programs. 

  • Stateline operates a full beam line capable of processing beams up to 24", allowing efficient fabrication of building frames, platforms, mezzanines, and miscellaneous steel. We produce equipment platforms, catwalks, stair systems, crossovers, and structural modifications to support equipment changes, new lines, and expansions. 

    CNC cutting for structural tubing, angle, and channel, combined with precise plate cutting, improves fit-up and speeds installation in the field. Our AWS-certified welders assemble components in a controlled shop environment and support field tie-ins and modifications as required .

  • We fabricate and install process piping for steam, condensate, heating/cooling, and product lines in industrial plants. Our experience includes plastics, food, and automotive environments where cleanliness, uptime, and safety are critical. 

    By combining structural and piping capabilities, we can support equipment platforms, pipe racks, and process runs as a coordinated package rather than separate scopes. 

  • Our CNC capabilities support both one-off industrial components and repeat production runs. We burn plate for baseplates, gussets, and brackets, and cut structural shapes to tight tolerances to reduce field rework. For OEM-style or repeat parts, we create consistent, repeatable components that can be reordered with minimal engineering. 

  • In-house powder coating gives you a durable, finished product straight from our shop. Structural and miscellaneous steel, as well as display and specialty components, can be fabricated, coated, and delivered ready for installation or display without additional vendors. 

  • Stateline is structured to function as an extension of your maintenance team. We offer dedicated manpower programs, emergency response, and compatibility with blanket purchase orders for customers who need rapid, repeatable support. 

    Our communication and reporting structure is designed for industrial environments—clear points of contact, job updates, and documented closeout information. Maintenance clients receive priority scheduling to help align work with outages, shutdowns, and production demands. 

QUALITY PROGRAM 

Quality at Stateline is built into each step: from drawings to final inspection. All drawings and specifications are reviewed prior to fabrication, with material grades verified before cutting. Certified welders follow established procedures, and critical dimensions are checked before final weld-out. 

Final inspections are performed prior to shipment, and documentation—including material records and inspection results—can be retained and provided for customer records as needed. This approach supports repeatable performance for both one-time projects and ongoing maintenance work.
